The heirs of our deceased Shaul Rahmin Babul have distributed their inheritance rights among his adult children,
who are Eliyahu, Isaac, and Mr. Abdullah, and his adult daughters Alwah and Khatun,
and the minor Hanini, as per the distribution decree issued by the Personal Status Court No. 194 / 1926
as reported and dated 17 / November 927. Since the aforementioned minor has not had a
guardian appointed to manage her affairs, we see her eldest brother Babul in the position of guardian,
and it is best that he be her guardian to manage her affairs until she reaches the age of majority.
And based on this statement to the Personal Status Court in Baghdad.
