Since there have been differences of opinion between us from the date 5 Adar 88, we returned and each went their own way
and from then until now no marital relations have taken place between us at all. And now we have agreed between us of our own free will
and we do not want to continue living together and it is our wish to be divorced with a bill of divorce according to the law of Moses and Israel
and the husband, the aforementioned Mr. Isaac, committed to pay his wife Samira a sum of 150 Iraqi Dinars
cash, and a sum of 600 Iraqi Dinars delayed, and a sum of 200 Iraqi Dinars for alimony
and the aforementioned wife Samira waived all her claims and rights against her aforementioned husband Isaac
and each went their own way and neither has any claim or demand of any kind against the other
and to this we have signed our names.

The Honorable President of the Civil Court of First Instance in Baghdad
The Spiritual Court was approached on July 22, 928 by the woman named Nasima daughter of Ibrahim Rashti, claiming that
her husband Eliya Haskel Sofer had sold her jewelry
And since the husband had confessed before the court that he had sold the items listed below, which are:-
