Based on the articles included in the noble Sharia issued by the Judge of Baghdad, the acting ruler on behalf of its scribe, just witnesses, according to the request of the document's authors, which is

The just witnesses, so he established in his name as recorded in the register of the aforementioned courts, and they testified to it, and its revenue shall be spent on the poor and needy in the detention of Bint Insha' ⟦...⟧
Something that is legal and valid, and with my full mental capacity, consent, and recognition that I have endowed what is my property and under my disposal in the Al-Sada neighborhood in the Al-Hindiya neighborhood ⟦...⟧
⟦...⟧ and I have removed it from my ownership and made it a valid legal endowment that may not be sold, gifted, mortgaged, inherited, exchanged, nor may any transaction be carried out upon it, provided
that the guardianship be according to the following conditions:-
First - I have made the aforementioned house a perpetual and eternal endowment and detention, in the official manner designated for it by the grace of the one who established an endowment for the sick among the poor and needy
who are in Meir Elias Hospital, and for their food and the costs of medicine, and the poor in the aforementioned hospital and other poor and needy people present in Meir Elias hospitals
