Second - I have made the Trustee primarily the head of the Jewish community in Baghdad, and the aforementioned Trustee shall have the right to direct the interests of the endowment as he sees fit as an elder, and its revenue shall be without the intervention of the oversight, neither from near nor from far, so that the income and arrivals belong to the aforementioned without interventions.
