of acts disturbing the order in the English lesson on Sunday, 25 / 2 / 68
and in view of the repetition of these acts in the past despite being warned repeatedly of the necessity to maintain
calm inside the classroom, the Discipline Committee ⟦deliberated⟧ met at the request of
the specialized teacher on Monday, 4 / 3 / 1968, and decided to impose the punishment of reprimand
on the mentioned student with a deduction of fifteen degrees from his conduct average.

in West Africa. For candidates from these schools there are two grades in French,

Failure in the oral test does not necessarily indicate failure in the subject as a whole.
Special Provision Governing the Award of Certificates
Private candidates who sit at centres in certain countries and who, at the
time of entry, do not hold a qualification which exempts them, are required to
pass in three subjects including English Language or in three subjects with a satis-
factory standard of attainment in English Language (grades F or G) in order to
qualify for a Certificate. The words "Certificate will not be issued" will appear
at the bottom of the form overleaf whenever such a candidate fails to qualify for
the award of a Certificate.
