A N N O U N C E M E N T
The Teachers' Council met on 3/2/1955 and looked into the case of the student
Mowafaq Sassoon Peress and the student Menahem Ibrahim Al-Ani from the third intermediate class
In view of the disturbance each of them caused to the teachers and the administration on numerous occasions
inside and outside the classroom by attempting to cause disruption during lessons.
And since all the attempts made by the teachers and the administration to reform them
through advice and guidance during the past three months have failed, knowing
that the administration had previously taken a written pledge from the student Mowafaq Sassoon Peress and from
his guardian regarding the necessity of maintaining order and following good behavior to no avail,
this Council has decided to give them a final warning that each of them will be expelled for what
remains of the current school year if either of them performs any act contrary to the rules
and school regulations in the future, whether inside or outside the classroom. Provided
that the implementation of this expulsion is left to the administration whenever it deems it necessary in the future
to preserve the interest of the rest of the students and to ensure the regular conduct of school affairs.
