In view of what both students Sabah Saleh Shaul Basri and Suad (Youssef Habib)
Munshi Al-Katib, both from the third intermediate grade (B), have done in terms of acts violating order in the English
language lesson on Friday, 1/24/1964, and in view of the recurrence of this despite
repeated warnings to them regarding the necessity of maintaining quiet inside the classroom, the
Discipline Committee met on the same day and decided the following:
1- Imposing a temporary expulsion penalty for a period of three days on each of the mentioned students starting
from Sunday, 1/26/1964.
2- Deducting twenty marks from the conduct average of each of them.
3- Since depriving them of attendance at school on Monday and Tuesday, falling on
the 27th and 28th of January 1964, would lead to depriving them of participating in the exams
that will be held on these two days, the school administration has decided, out of mercy for them, to allow them
to attend school on these two days during exam times only.
This is with the knowledge that a student is considered to have failed his grade if 51% or more
is deducted from his conduct marks.
