his conduct grades according to Article (55) of the Secondary Schools Regulations, provided that

Article Forty-Five - The full attendance grade is considered one hundred at the beginning of each school year, and two attendance points are deducted for each day the student is absent without a legitimate excuse. A student is considered to have failed in his class if 51% or more of his attendance points are deducted. His guardian is notified of the deducted points when they reach 10, 20, 30, and 40. If a student is absent for a full week, his guardian is asked for the reasons for his absence and urged on the necessity of continuing his studies regularly.
Article Forty-Six - A - A student may not be absent from school except for a legitimate excuse accepted by the school administration.
B - If a student is absent for more than sixty school days starting from the beginning of instruction, he is prohibited from taking the end-of-year exam and the general exam for the same year, regardless of the excuses. The Teachers' Council may allow him to attend only after the approval of the Director of Education of the Brigade, without having the right to participate in the exams.
C - If a student is absent from school for medical reasons, he is not allowed to attend until he submits a medical report proving his safety from infectious diseases.
D - A student's absence from every three separate lessons, including physical education lessons, extracurricular activities, and youth training, is considered equivalent to one day's absence.
Article Forty-Seven - If a student becomes accustomed to laziness, lethargy, or non-compliance with the system and disobedience, and behaves in a manner that is inconsistent with the qualities that a secondary student should possess, despite the imposition of the penalties stipulated in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Article Forty, the Teachers' Council meets and, after reviewing the student's situation, issues a warning and notifies his guardian. If his behavior does not improve within one month after the warning, the Council meets again to decide to transfer him to another school or dismiss him for the remainder of the year.
Article Forty-Eight - A - If it is proven that a student cheated in classroom exams and tests or in the mid-year exam, he is given a zero in that subject and punished by deducting fifteen points from his school conduct. If cheating occurs in the end-of-year exam or the second-session exam, he is considered to have failed in all subjects.

Statement to Students' Guardians
Guardians of female and male students who have not paid the school
fees for the purpose of registration at Frank Iny School so far are requested to note the following:
First - The Ministry of Education requested in its letter No. 24687 dated 10/6/1954
which was received recently, to stop registration immediately and send the lists of names
of registered students to the Ministry.
Second - Despite the numerous warnings broadcast by the administration of Frank
Iny School to the students and their guardians regarding the necessity of paying fees for registration within
a specific period, some have delayed paying fees and registering, which caused
some difficulties for the school administration regarding the urgent request of the Ministry of Education
in this regard.
Accordingly, the school administration requests those who have not paid the first
installment of school fees so far, to pay them during the coming Thursday
and Friday as a maximum limit. The name of every student who does not pay
at least the first installment of school fees during these two days
will be struck off from the school register.
