Announcement
In view of the attempt by student Fouad Khadouri Salem from the fourth secondary grade
to cheat in the English language exam on Wednesday, corresponding to
12/28/955, along with his repetition of such attempts in the past, in addition
to his misconduct in class, the Discipline Committee has decided to impose the following
two punishments on the aforementioned person:
1- Deducting twenty points from his conduct average with his expulsion for a period of three days starting from
Friday 12/30/1955.
2- His average in the English language for the second quarter shall be zero.
This is with the knowledge that the administration has previously warned students repeatedly that it
will impose the severest punishments against every student who attempts to cheat in exams and that it
is extremely keen on developing the spirit of integrity in work among students and urging them
towards good conduct as much as it cares for the scientific and cultural aspects.

In view of the absence of the female and male students whose names are mentioned below from the extra
lessons without permission on Sunday, 12/18/1955, the
administration of this school has decided to impose a warning penalty against them with a deduction of five points
from the conduct average of each of them.
1- Akram Shlomo Moshe Al-Yateem | 6- Kamal Haron Lawi
2- Albert Eliyahu Qaraeen | 7- Munir Sassoon Peres

4- Shaul Shamtob Bakhash | 9- Yousef Menashe Masfi

average has reached fifteen points.
Furthermore, a student is considered to have failed in his class if 51% or more

Subject - Student Punishment.
Due to the actions of students Fuad Shalom Cohen and Sabah (Nizar) Nazim Shaul Dabi
from the First English class, involving acts disruptive to order in the lesson of Mr. Abdul Hamid
Khalusi on Monday, 21 / 11 / 1955, the Discipline Committee
met under the chairmanship of the School Director on Wednesday, 23 / 11 / 955, and decided
to impose a temporary expulsion penalty for three days with a deduction of twenty marks from the conduct average
of student Fuad Shalom Cohen, as he was the primary cause of the disruptive acts
that occurred in the class.
However, considering the harm that his absence from school would cause
to his academic achievement, and out of mercy for him, it was decided to suspend the execution of the first part of the penalty and suffice
with the deduction of twenty marks from conduct only.
The committee also decided to impose a reprimand penalty with a deduction of fifteen marks from
the conduct average of student Sabah (Nizar) Nazim Shaul Dabi. Note that
the student is considered to have failed this year if 51% or more is deducted from his conduct marks.
