ANNOUNCEMENT
Subject/ Student Punishment
The Discipline Committee met under the chairmanship of the School Principal and reviewed the actions of students (Hayim Albert)
Moshe Nissan and (Liz Amal) Yaqoub Heskel from the second intermediate class (B) during the sixth lesson
on Monday, 23 / 5 / 1960, involving a violation that led to a disturbance in the class, which prompted
the specialized teacher to request the imposition of the severest punishments against these two students. However, in view of their confession
of their grave mistake and their guardians' promise of full cooperation with the school for their reform, and out of leniency toward them, it has
been decided as follows:-
1- Imposing the punishment of public reprimand and deducting fifteen points from the conduct average of student (Hayim Albert)
Moshe Nissan, because he was the one who initiated the act that disrupted order in the classroom. This is with
the knowledge that the school administration will take more severe punishments against him in the future should any act
disrupting order occur from him.
2- Regarding the student (Liz Amal) Yaqoub Heskel, she confessed that she was forced to commit
the violation and did not intend to cause any disturbance in the class or breach of order. The committee was convinced
of this, especially since the specialized teacher supported it. Therefore, based on the absence of any prior record of
disrupting order, the committee decided to deprive her of all student privileges for this year, while also imposing the punishment
