of tampering and recklessness in the school on Sunday, 31/5/1964, which led to a breach of order in ⟦...⟧
the lesson of Mr. Hazem Shamas, the Discipline Committee met on Wednesday, 2/6/64, at the request of
the specialized teacher and decided the following:-
1- Imposing a temporary expulsion penalty for two days on each of Fawzi Shaul Rubin Muzayyin and (Saleh Fawzi) Khedhouri
Sofair starting from the morning of Thursday, 4/6/64, with a deduction of twenty points from their conduct average
due to their repeated acts of breaching order. However, in view of the harm that their deprivation from school attendance
would cause to their academic achievement, and out of mercy for them due to the proximity of the final exams, it was decided to suspend
the execution of the first part of the penalty and suffice with deducting twenty points from the conduct average of each of them.
2- Ten points had previously been deducted from the conduct grades of student Fawzi Shaul Rubin Muzayyin on 6/5/64
and accordingly, the total of his deducted conduct points has reached thirty points.
3- Withdrawing the preference from student (Saleh Fawzi) Khedhouri Sofair for this year.
4- Imposing a registered reprimand penalty against student Muwaffaq Najib Salman Dalij with a deduction of ten points from his conduct
average for committing acts that breach order in various circumstances inside and outside the classroom despite being warned
repeatedly about the necessity of maintaining calm and order.
5- Imposing a warning penalty on student Ibrahim Ishaq Ibrahim Mulla with a deduction of five points from his conduct average,
but in view of the mentioned student's confession of his mistake and showing remorse for his actions, the Discipline
Committee decided to lift this penalty from him if no other violation is committed by him until the end of the current
academic year.
Note that a student is considered to have failed his class if 51% or more is deducted from his conduct grades.
