in taking special examinations (Scholastic Aptitude Test & Achievement Tests)

Directorate of Foreign Exchange to obtain the amount of (279.50) dollars, which is the amount required to be paid

Dear Sirs,
I have received the enclosed invoice, in duplicate
about a month ago. The sum of 187.50 dollars covering examina-
tion fees, extra score reports and one College Handbook, has
been remitted by the Credit Bank of Iraq through their New York
correspondent, the First National City Bank of New York, New
York, for payment to you through their Princeton correspondent.
Kindly acknowledge receipt.
As I informed you previously, the only way we can
arrange for payment in dollars is by Air Transfer, as all
transactions in dollars have got to pass through the Foreign
Exchange Control Department in Baghdad and are settled in this
way.

Given that twenty-one students from this school are participating in the current academic year
by taking special exams (Scholastic Aptitude Test & Achievement Tests)
conducted by the College Entrance Examination Board in Baghdad, and given what this requires in terms of
participation fees for these exams which must be paid in advance. Therefore, please mediate with the
Directorate of Foreign Exchange to obtain the sum of (257.75) Dollars, which is the amount required to be paid
for this purpose, noting that the entity to which the amount must be transferred is:
Educational Testing Service, Princeton, New Jersey, 08540, U. S. A.
This is in line with last year, as we previously requested in our letter No. Sh / 10 / 65 dated
30 / 1 / 1965 to transfer the sum of (187.50) Dollars for exam fees for sixteen students who had
participated in the same exams last year, and the Directorate of Foreign Exchange approved that at the time.
Following the approval of the Directorate of Foreign Exchange to transfer the sum of (257.75) Dollars, please
debit the equivalent in Iraqi Dinars to the account of Frank Iny School with you, No. 60114, and inform us.

that at the time. Furthermore, after the approval of the Directorate of Foreign Exchange to transfer the amount of
( ⟦257.75⟧ ) dollars, please debit the equivalent in Iraqi Dinars to the account of the Frank Iny
School with you numbered ⟦60114⟧ and inform us.
