17 August 938 Directorate General of the Iraqi State Railways Baghdad Based on the lawsuit between Eliyahu Shlomo Hakkak, the railway employee, and his wife, the Jewish Religious Court in Baghdad has ruled that the aforementioned must reside with his wife in a legal dwelling. In view of the unavailability of such a dwelling in Maqil where the aforementioned employee is located, the court requests his transfer to a location where a legal dwelling for residency can be found according to the court's ruling.
