26 February 1938, an inquiry was received from the Deputy Presidency of the Baghdad Execution Office as to whether he could pay
247.097 Dinars in one installment.
We list below for you, without any liability on our part, the text of the reply sent by this Chamber
on 3 March 1938 to the Deputy Presidency of the Execution Office, which was based on
the investigations conducted regarding the aforementioned person at the time:
"Reference to your letter No. 239 / 38 / 6516 dated 26/2/38
We inform you that the investigations we conducted regarding the person named
Ezra Habib Moallem resulted in that he is able to pay 247.097 Dinars (ninety-seven
dinars and two hundred and forty-seven fils) in one installment.
We inform you that this Chamber is not responsible for what may result from
the information provided above. Sincerely;"
