True copy of the resolution of the Hebra Kadisha Society
regarding the appointment of Mr. Sassoon Shaoul Nawi as Treasurer of the Society

The session was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Spiritual Council and its members with the joint Hebra Kadisha Society in Baghdad on the evening
corresponding to ⟦19⟧ April 946 and deliberated regarding Article ⟦12⟧ of the bylaws of this Society, in view
of the receipt of a letter from one of the members of this Society, Mr. Shaoul Ezra Nawi, stating his resignation from membership
of this Society due to his old age and his inability to carry out the affairs of this Society. Therefore, it was decided to accept
his resignation from this Society and to elect his son Sassoon Shaoul Nawi in his place, provided that he performs the duties
of his father as Treasurer to work in the interest of the Hebra Kadisha Society, and this resolution was issued by consensus.
