1- We have decided that the individuals whose names are listed in the attached lists shall undertake administration and proctoring in the general examinations for the first session of the year 56 / 1957 for primary education, each as indicated in the list.
2- We have also decided that the individuals whose names are listed in the attached lists shall proctor the examination centers for preparatory education as stated at the top of the attached list.
3- The directors and directresses of the examination centers for both preparatory and primary studies must attend this Directorate four days before the start date of the general examinations to receive the examination folder specific to their centers and other instructions along with the stationery.
4- Directors and directresses of the examination centers and their male and female assistants are requested to attend the examination centers three days before the start of the examinations to organize the centers and inform us of what they need so that we can meet their requirements.
5- Male and female proctors must attend the examination centers at least one day before the start of the general examinations to be provided with the necessary instructions. They must also attend on examination days at least half an hour before the examination time. Any delay beyond the scheduled time or any attempt leading to the disruption of the examination process warrants strict punishment.

Abu Al-Jassim School, affiliated with this directorate, had previously organized a primary school completion certificate
for one of its graduates named Muhammad Kadhim, No. 26, dated 11 / 16 / 1955, and certified in this directorate
under No. 3811 dated 11 / 19 / 1955, and it was addressed to Al-Karkh Private Secondary School. We have been informed that -
the person named Ghalib Kadhim has used it instead of its owner Muhammad Kadhim after falsifying the owner's name.
When we contacted Al-Karkh Evening Secondary School regarding his registration there, it informed us in its letter No. 1419 dated
5 / 26 / 1956 that the aforementioned person did not register there. We have been informed that the aforementioned person registered with that document
in one of the intermediate or secondary evening schools in Baghdad or its outskirts. We kindly ask you to inquire
at the official and private intermediate and secondary evening schools about the registration of this student in them.

Subject - Forged school certificate.
Abu al-Jasim school associated with this directorate previously organized a primary school completion certificate
for one of its graduates named Muhammad Kazim under number 26 and dated 16 / 11 / 1955, certified in this directorate
under number 3811 and dated 19 / 11 / 1955, and it was addressed to Karkh Private High School. We have been informed that-
the person named Ghalib Kazim obtained it instead of its owner Muhammad Kazim after falsifying the owner's name.
Upon contacting Karkh Evening High School regarding his registration there, it informed us in its letter No. 141 dated
26 / 5 / 1956 that the aforementioned person did not register there. We have been informed that the aforementioned person registered with that certificate
in one of the evening intermediate or secondary schools in Baghdad or its outskirts. We kindly ask you to inquire
with official and private evening intermediate and secondary schools regarding this student's registration there.
Upon finding his certificate, please send it to us to complete the investigation into its forgery.
