the death of the endower - except for what concerns the numbered wills
29/2974, as the trustee of the endowment is the head of the Jewish
community, and therefore there is no objection to signing a ⟦receipt⟧ for the amount of these
shares by His Excellency the President.
As for the first endowment - in the event that it appears
that the trustee of the endowment is His Excellency the head of the community
then the amount must be signed by him; but if
the trustee is another person - it is advisable to write to
the Court of First Instance and explain the facts of the matter

mentioned below, he stated the following .. while in a state of health and full mental capacity and maturity, that I own eight thousand
three hundred and seventy-six shares out of a total of twenty-seven thousand six hundred and forty-eight shares of
the two houses located in the Taht al-Takiya neighborhood, numbered sequence 2 - 95 and 153 and numbered 23-128
and 24 - 128 owned by me according to the two land registry deeds numbered sequence 2-95 and 153 and dated July
923 permanent, and I have endowed them for myself and for my wife Aziza daughter of Ephraim Abdullah Yusuf as long as we are
alive, and after our death, their revenue shall be spent on the Midrash Talmud Torah School (Tanakh) for the study of poor
orphans, twenty lessons out of thirty-nine lessons per week of the Holy Bible (Tanakh), and of these twenty
lessons, Hebrew writing shall not be taught nor a Hebrew book, and the revenue shall be spent on myself and my wife as long as we
