Tawfiq on behalf of the aforementioned Fees Officer from below, and it became clear as follows: - The house is in good condition and the number of heirs was first eighteen, eight, and seventy-six shares out of
twenty-seven thousand six hundred and forty-eight shares of the house numbered in the Taht al-Takiya neighborhood with sequence numbers 40 / 55 and 41 / 55 and plots 47 / 55 and 48 / 55 owned
according to the Tabu title deeds numbered sequence 50, 51, 52, and 53 located in the Taht al-Takiya neighborhood. The share of the late Zabli Zabli Aziza daughter of Ibrahim Abdullah Yusuf has devolved as long as she is
alive, and after her death, its yield is spent on the Midrash Talmud Torah Orphan School (Talmud Torah School) according to a will dated in the year 1881 recorded in the dossier of the Holy

The sequel:
Afterwards, the aforementioned endowment is leased after reconstruction and building for a period of one year, the proceeds of which are spent
on equipping it, furnishing it, and its facilities, and after that, the revenue of the aforementioned endowment shall be for the poor and young needy
residing in the Talmud Torah school adjacent to the sun for learning the reading of the Torah and upbringing upon the registration of that
endowment by Isaac Joseph Isaac, and that is after the reconstruction and building from the endowment, as the sons of the late Isaac Bakoura or the guardianship
is in the hand of the Hakham Bashi who is the head at that time, paying what accumulates from the growth of the endowment to the supervising association for
spending the expenditure of that on those poor people residing in the aforementioned school, and after the aforementioned endowment was taken and all of that
