First - It is advisable to review the copies of the endowment deeds dated
12/2/46 to identify the name of the trustee of the endowment after
the death of the endower - except for what concerns the numbered wills
29/2974, as the trustee of the endowment is the head of the Jewish
community, and therefore there is no objection to signing a ⟦receipt⟧ for the amount of these
shares by His Excellency the President.
As for the first endowment - in the event that it appears
that the trustee of the endowment is His Excellency the head of the community
then the amount must be signed by him; but if
the trustee is another person - it is advisable to write to
the Court of First Instance and explain the facts of the matter

Second - There is no need to send an agent to the court in the name of the community
