815 12/8/1944 To the Director of Dar Al-Shifa Dispensary Baghdad We have instructed Dr. Yusuf Qattan to follow the following instructions regarding his work in the laboratory room at Rima Khedouri Eye Hospital, so please monitor their implementation: 1- He must maintain full attendance like the rest of the employees according to the designated working hours at the hospital aforementioned. 2- He is not permitted to open the laboratory after hospital working hours, nor is he permitted to examine patients or give them injections. 3- The determination of the amount of fees to be paid by poor patients according to their ability to pay or exempting them from paying fees is the responsibility of the Director of Dar Al-Shifa Dispensary. 4- The accountant of Rima Khedouri Hospital must receive the laboratory tests from the patients and collect the fees according to a receipt from the patients paying the fees, and he must send the tests along with the receipts to the doctor <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> to conduct the necessary examination. 5- The results of the examinations are to be sent to the accountant after their completion and recording in the designated register to be distributed to their owners. ⟦signature⟧ ⟦signature⟧ Acting Director of Meir Elias Hospital R Copy to: Director of Rima Khedouri Eye Hospital - to implement what is stated above, please.
