PICKUP BODIES
PICKUP FLOORS are constructed of resilient, seasoned hardwood to handle big loads throughout the long life of the truck. Full-length planks make a hard, durable surface. Flush-type skid strips, recessed in the hardwood, prevent much of the wear from loads, give the platform a longer life. They also protect the cargo from damage when loading or unloading.
TAILGATE is 17 1/2 inches high with an embossed panel for extra strength. Anti-rattle latch design secures the tailgate to reduce loss from spillage of bulk loads, such as grain or sand. When hauling unusually long loads, the tailgate may be lowered level with the floor.
FLAT TOP SIDE PANELS make the loader's job exceptionally easy whether loading from the side or rear. Loading height is low, to speed cargo handling.
PANEL BODIES
REAR DOORS are of double-walled steel, hung on rigid pillar posts. Doors are tightly sealed all around to help keep cargoes clean and dry. Push-button door locks feature a stationary handle vertically mounted on the rear door for easier opening and closing.
PANEL FLOOR is constructed of sturdy plywood, provides a solid, shock-cushioning cargo deck. Floor is low and wide for easy loading, with flush-type steel skid strips. A steel sheath protects the back of the driver's seat.
DUAL PANEL TAIL LIGHTS for 1957 add to stylish rear end appearance and after-dark driving safety. New tail light assemblies are oval-shaped and mounted flush on each rear fender.
STAKE BODIES
STAKE FLOORS are of tough, seasoned hardwood construction. Steel skid strips, set flush in the floor, resist much of the wear imposed by loads. Recessed skid strips also protect cargo from damage when loading or unloading.
REINFORCED STAKE POCKETS firmly support the interlocking racks and a latch holds the racks securely to the platform. Stakes are constructed of durable hardwood, joined by inset fasteners. Wide-swinging gates facilitate loading or unloading from either side of 12-foot bodies.
HEIGHT of Chevrolet Stake platforms is low—a real labor-saving feature when loading or unloading. A strong steel rub rail with rounded corners protects the platform. Beneath the platform, steel channel cross sills support the floor and hardwood side sills elevate the platform to clear tires and prevent noisy metal-to-metal contact with frame.

الثاني ١٩٧١/١١/٣٠ بمبلغ شهري قدره (١٧/٥٠٠) دينار (سبعة عشر ديناراً وخمسمائة فلس) تدفع في اول كل شهر
اعتباراً من كانون الاول المذكور اعلاه وبدون تأخير.
(٢) يتعهد الفريق الثاني ان يسكن في هذه الغرفة لا يقل عن اثنين وبناء على الشروط المذكورة
(٣) يتعهد الفريق الثاني ان يدفع جميع الواجبات على الغرفة المذكورة خلال مدة
الاجارة كضريبة العقار والمجاري والتبليط وبقية الواجبات التي تفرض مستقبلاً
على الغرفة المذكورة
(٤) ان الفريق الثاني مسؤول عن صيانة الغرفة المذكورة خلال مدة الاجارة وعليه ان يسلمها بحالة
جيدة للفريق الاول
(٥) على الفريق الثاني ان يسلم الغرفة المذكورة الى الفريق الاول خالية من الشواغل
عند انتهاء عقد الاجارة اي بتاريخ ١٩٧١/١٢/١ وعليه ان يسلم كافة
الوصولات اللازمة التي تؤيد تسليمه كافة الضرائب للدولة خلال فترة الاجارة اعتباراً
من ١٩٧٠/١٢/١ لغاية ١٩٧١/١٢/١ واذا تأخر عن تسليم الغرفة المأجورة بعد انتهاء ايجارها فانه ملزم
بان يدفع عن كل يوم تأخير فيه عن التسليم خمسة دنانير وذلك دون حاجة الى انذار وتطبق كافة الشروط
(٦) نظمت هذه المقاولة على نسخة واحدة تكون بيد الفريق الاول

والتسعمائة والحادية والسبعون الميلادية ) ببدل ايجار سنوي قدره - / ١٢٥ دينارا ( مائة وخمسة
وعشرون دينارا ) يدفع في ابتداء الايجار من كل سنة .
٢ - يتعهد الفريق الثاني ان يشيد عمارة بكلفة لاتقل عن - / ٢٠٠٠ دينارا ( الفان دينارا ) على العرصة
المذكورة .
٣ - يتعهد الفريق الثاني ان يدفع جميع الضرائب على العمارة المذكورة خلال مدة الايجار كضريبة العقار
والمجاري والتبليط وكذلك كافة الضرائب التي تفرض في المستقبل على العمارة المذكورة .
٤ - ان الفريق الثاني مسؤول عن صيانة العمارة المذكورة خلال مدة الايجار وعليه ان يسلمها بحالة جيدة
للفريق الاول .
٥ - على الفريق الثاني ان يسلم العمارة المأجورة الى الفريق الاول خالية من جميع الشواغل وذلك عند انتهاء
عقد الايجار اي بتاريخ ٨ / ١٢ / ١٩٧١ ( الثامن من شهر كانون الاول سنة الالف والتسعمائة والحادية
والسبعون الميلادية ) وعليه ان يسلم كافة الوصولات اللازمة التي تؤيد تسليمه كافة الضرائب

لقد حصل الاتفاق على عقد ايجار العرصة المرقمة ٢١٠ كولات بين الفريق الاول والفريق الثاني للشروط التالية :-
١ - لقد اجر الفريق الاول العرصة الواقعة في محلة الكولات تسلسل ( ٣١٠ ) للفريق الثاني الى مدة عشر سنوات ابتداء من ٨ / ١٢ / ١٩٥٩ ( اليوم الثامن من شهر كانون الاول سنة الالف والتسعمائة والتاسعة والخمسين الميلادية ) الى نهاية ٧ / ١٢ / ١٩٦٩ ( السابع من شهر كانون الاول سنة الالف والتسعمائة <del>والتاسعة</del> والتاسعة والستين الميلادية ) ببدل ايجار سنوي قدره -/١٢٥ دينارا ( مائة وخمسة وعشرون دينارا ) يدفع في ابتداء الايجار من كل سنة .
يتعهد الفريق الثاني ان يشيد عمارة بكلفة لا تقل عن -/٢٠٠٠ دينارا ( الفان دينارا ) على العرصة المذكورة .
يتعهد الفريق الثاني ان يدفع جميع الضرائب على العمارة المذكورة خلال مدة الايجار كضريبة العقار والمجاري والتبليط وكذلك كافة الضرائب التي تفرض في المستقبل على العمارة المذكورة .
ان الفريق الثاني مسؤول عن صيانة العمارة المذكورة خلال مدة الايجار وعليه ان يسلمها بحالة جيدة للفريق الاول .
على الفريق الثاني ان يسلم العمارة المأجورة الى الفريق الاول خالية من جميع الشواغل وذلك عند انتهاء عقد الايجار اي بتاريخ ٧ / ١٢ / ١٩٦٩ ( التاسع من شهر كانون الاول سنة الالف والتسعمائة والتاسعة والستين الميلادية ) وعليه ان يسلم كافة الوصولات اللازمة التي تؤيد تسليمه كافة الضرائب المسؤول عنها خلال مدة الايجار اعتبارا من ٨ / ١٢ / ١٥٩ الى ٧ / ١٢ / ١٩٦٩ .
نظمت هذه المقاولة بنسختين تكون بيد كل من الفريقين نسخة .

٤ - ان الفريق الثاني مسؤول عن صيانة العمارة المذكورة خلال مدة الايجار وعليه ان يسلمها بحالة جيدة
الى الفريق الاول .
٥ - على الفريق الثاني ان يسلم العمارة المأجورة الى الفريق الاول خالية من جميع الشواغل وذلك عند
انتهاء عقد الايجار اي بتاريخ ٧ / ١٢ / ١٩٧١ ( اليوم السابع من شهر كانون الاول سنة الالف
والتسعمائة والحادية والسبعين الميلادية ) وعليه ان يسلم كافة الوصولات اللازمة التي تؤيد
تسليمه كافة الضرائب المسؤول عنها خلال مدة الايجار اعتبارا من ٥٩/١٢/٨ الى ١٩٧١/١٢/٧
واذا تأخر عن تسليم العمارة المأجورة بعد انتهاء ايجارها فانه ملزم بدفع عن كل يوم يتأخر فيه عن
تسليم البناية خمسة دنانير وذلك دون حاجة الى انذار رسمي من كاتب العدل .
٦ - نظمت هذه المقاولة بنسختين تكون بيد كل من الفريقين نسخة .
