Since the aforementioned individual, in an attempt to resolve the matter with you amicably at the time, deposited with me an amount of 63/- dinars
for accumulated rent for a period of ten months which was his liability, and I informed you of it at the time and it remained in your fund as a trust. After the
respected committee refused to reach a settlement with him, you returned the amount to me. Accordingly, the account is as follows -
