In reference to our circular No. 25652 dated 1 / 6 / 1961.
The books and stationery listed below have arrived at the Rusafa store located next to Al-Dhafariya School
for girls. Therefore, the principals of the schools are requested to visit the store at the scheduled times after observing
the following with full precision, please:
(1) Please submit the order lists to this Directorate directly for approval before visiting the store.
(2) Please make your visit to the store before (12) o'clock, as the time allocated after
(12) o'clock will be for recording lists in the registers, auditing them, and conducting official store business.
(3) Please ensure the accuracy of receiving the materials as recorded in the export list accurately
and correctly. Any school claiming a shortage after receiving will be held responsible,
and the store may not be approached regarding this matter.
(4) For ease of statistics and recording, please organize the request lists according to the sequence of materials listed below,
provided the quantities are multiples of five, with the addition of five books for reserve purposes. Please
save time for the sake of organizing the distribution. In the event of a sudden emergency requiring
delay, please contact by telephone at 86794 to set a new appointment.
