1- It has been decided that the examination centers for the intermediate study for the current academic year will be according to the attached schedules.
2- The administrations of the schools whose buildings have been chosen as examination centers, whether they are official, private, or foreign schools, must prepare school desks, halls, and classrooms well before the examination date.
3- The general examination (Ministerial) starts at exactly eight o'clock on the morning of Wednesday, 7 / 6 / 961, according to the schedule notified to the schools in our letter No. 12512 on 5 / 3 / 1961.
4- School principals must review our letter No. 10359 on 19 / 2 / 1961, study it with all accuracy, and provide us with answers to the points that require an answer at the specified times.
5- Students are to be notified of their examination centers from now on, and this shall be announced on the school's notice board.

Based on the requirements of the public interest ⟦line⟧
1- It has been decided that the examination centers for the primary study for the first session of the current academic year
shall be according to the attached schedule ⟦line⟧ .
2- School administrations whose buildings have been designated as examination centers, whether they are
official, private, or foreign schools, must prepare their school desks, halls, and classrooms shortly
before the exam time.
3- The general exam (Ministerial) starts at exactly eight o'clock in the morning on Wednesday
falling on 31 / 5 / 961 according to the schedule notified to the schools in our letter No. 2403
on 4 / 3 / 961 .
4- School principals must review our letter No. 10359 on 19 / 2 / 961 and study it
with all precision and answer the points that require answering at the specified times.
5- Students are to be notified of their examination centers from now, and it shall be announced on the school's

It is noted from the reports of specialized inspectors that the education process has shrunk to a degree where it has become
limited to theoretical lessons and some practical applications without taking into consideration the validity of
the true concept and that (Education is life). Therefore, we must reconsider our methods of
teaching and take advantage of every opportunity to achieve this goal. The Ministry has prepared a curriculum for works
and extracurricular activities to draw the general outlines for teachers and instructors to follow, but it is regrettable
that we found this plan not applied by some of the teachers, and the subject of extracurricular activity
which we consider the complementary part of the education process has been neglected by them. Therefore, we emphasize the necessity of classroom
and extracurricular education proceeding side by side and to note that in the future.
