as the Lessor, and ⟦Al-Murtada bin Mohsen Al-Saffar⟧ hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, on the following:
First - That the Lessor has leased to the Lessee and the latter has leased from the Lessor, after viewing and inspecting,

starting from June 9, 1927, until June 8, 1928,
