The committee attended under the chairmanship of the President, Mr. Abdul Qadir Jamil, the Legal Recorder at the Ministry of Justice,
and the membership of Rabbi Salman Hoqi Aboudi and Salman Shina the lawyer, and the presence of Murad
Shimon and Ibrahim Aboudi Khedhouri ⟦the lawyer⟧ at nine o'clock in the morning on Tuesday
corresponding to 12 / 9 / 1944 at the headquarters of the Jewish Community Presidency, and the box
prepared for the election was brought. After it was inspected by those present among the Rabbis, it was locked according to
the regulations, and the election commenced until ten o'clock, when the end of the election was announced and the box was opened.
The election papers were removed from inside it, and their number was (twenty) papers. Then the
names written therein were read publicly and classified according to the regulations. As a result of the classification, the persons
whose names are written above received the votes according to the numbers mentioned next to their names.
In view of that, the majority of votes were won by each of the honorable Rabbis -

Based on the decision of the Supervisory Committee for the Israeli Elections in Baghdad, the committee convened under the chairmanship of the President, Mr. Abdul Qadir Jamil, the Legal Registrar at the Ministry of Justice, and with the membership of each of Hakham Salman
Hoki Abboudi, Salman Shina the lawyer, and in the presence of Murad Shukur and Ibrahim Abboudi Khuzam, along with some of the notables of the district and the mukhtars of its neighborhoods, at four o'clock in the afternoon on (Thursday) corresponding to (27)
of September the year 1944 at (The Great Torah). The ballot box prepared for the election was brought, and after being inspected by those present and sealed tightly according to the regulations, the election began until six o'clock
in the afternoon, when the end of the election was announced and the box was opened. The ballot papers were taken out from inside, numbering (450) papers. Then the names written therein were read publicly and classified according to the regulations. As a result of the classification,
the persons whose names are written above received the votes mentioned next to their names. Accordingly, the majority was won by each of:-
{ Dawood Shaoul Twayq - Sassoon Murad Shukur - Salman Ezra Shahrabani - Abdullah Joff Sina - Ezra Menachem Daniel - Fouad Makki - Ibrahim Dawood Najoom - Ibrahim Azouri }
Hazoum - Meir Hakham Moshi Ricour - Yousif Naeem Makki.
Therefore, they have become members according to the regulations, and for this reason, this protocol was organized in three copies and signed by us. Written in Baghdad on the twenty-seventh day of September / 1944.

the subject of reforms needed by the community's institutions: hospitals,

13 of the Community Regulations, at five o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday,
November 26, 944, at the Community Administration headquarters to consider the following agenda items:
