With reference to the resignation of Mr. Khedhouri Murad Shukur, the Vice President
which you referred to me on this date
Since this resignation was received before your own resignation from the Council,
the interest of the community requires that you decide upon it first, as it is not hidden from your Excellency
that the resignation of the President and his Vice President at once paralyzes the Lay Council and consequently
harms the interest of the community severely under such circumstances.
I have full confidence that your Excellency will appreciate the matter and avoid the dissolution of
the Council at this time, out of concern for the public interest for which you have long sacrificed your comfort
for its sake. Please accept my respect.
