The First Session
Held on September 27, ⟦September⟧ 1926
Based on the invitation sent by His Eminence the Head of the Community, Rabbi Sassoon Khedhouri
to the members of the General Council who were recently elected, to hold the meeting
The first in accordance with Article Eleven of the Israeli Community Regulation No. 22 of 1931

Based on the invitation sent a second time by His Eminence the Head of the Community, Rabbi Sassoon Khedhouri
to the members of the General Council to hold a second meeting in accordance with the second paragraph of Article
The (14th) of the Community Regulation, there attended this day at six o'clock in the afternoon

( 4 ) And since the legal quorum for this meeting depends on the attendance of
only sixteen members, the quorum was considered achieved and this was announced by His Excellency
the Head of the Community who presided over the session.
Then His Excellency the aforementioned President delivered a speech in which he thanked the attendees for responding to the invitation
and identifying them as possessing the confidence of the community, then he urged them to continue the effort
to raise the status of the community and improve the conditions of the community's administration at the present time.
Then he invited the attendees to stand, so they stood with all dignity and reverence, and he recited to them
a religious prayer wishing His Majesty the Great King Ghazi and His Highness
his beloved son Prince Faisal, a long life, and for the Prime Minister and its esteemed members ⟦success⟧
for the good of the nation.
After he finished that, he announced that the purpose of the meeting was to audit the election
of the council members and to wait for potential objections. Upon inquiring from the attendees
about what was there, they replied that there was no objection from any of them regarding the elections
and then the session was concluded.

Gentlemen, Members of the Honorable General Council
After greetings and respect.
Based on the request of the Lay Council, it has become necessary to invite the
Honorable General Council to meet at four-thirty in the afternoon
on Thursday evening, December 16, 937, to approve the granting of the Gabelle
and the intestines by contract, so we hope you will kindly attend the Community Administration

The Eighteenth Meeting
Based on the invitation of His Eminence the Head of the Community, Rabbi Sassoon Khedhouri, there attended at the Community Administration at
6:00 PM on the evening of Wednesday, April 6, 1938, forty members of the General Council.
The session was opened by His Eminence the President, who explained to the Council that only four members of the
resigned Lay Council agreed to participate in the new Lay Council, and therefore it was necessary to consider
the resignation of the Lay Council as effective and the necessity of electing a new Lay Council. Indeed, papers were distributed and
the election took place by secret ballot, and the votes were sorted by a committee appointed by the Council consisting of Rabbi Salman
Hoki Abboudi, Meir Dangoor, and Saleh Faraj Hayyim, and the result appeared as follows:
