Karrada Court of First Instance 40/69 Minutes of the Election of the Arts and Culture Association Based on the letter of the Baghdad Governorate Administration No. 4517 dated 21 / 8 / 1969 Including the approval to invite the General Assembly of the Arts and Culture Association to attend the association's headquarters located in Bab Al-Sharqi / behind the Murjan Building / on 7 / 7 / for the purpose of electing the administrative body of the association, at six o'clock in the evening on 21 / 8 / 1969, and in the event that a quorum is not completed, in the following week. Accordingly, I went to the association's headquarters at the scheduled time 21 / 8 / 1969 and after I reviewed the internal bylaws, the register of participants, and the count of those present I found that a quorum was present to conduct the required election, and the papers were distributed to those present.
