Based on the second paragraph of Article Seven of the General Lotteries and Subscriptions Law
No. (40) of 1939, we authorize the Frank Iny School to collect subscriptions by holding
two theatrical performances in which the play "The Doctor in Spite of Himself" is performed, which was authorized by the Directorate of
General Guidance and Broadcasting in its letter No. 4112 dated April 23, 957, on the stage
of the hall of the mentioned school with an entry fee as shown below in the number and prices of tickets, and to collect an amount not exceeding
-/200 Dinars, on the evenings of Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28, 957, provided
that the proceeds, after deducting expenses, are spent for the benefit of the school's poor students. The entry tickets
for the performance on April 27, 957, have been exempted from stamp duties based on the provisions of Article Three of the
Municipalities Entertainment Tax Law No. 32 of 1956, authorized to us by the letter of the Ministry of Social Affairs
No. 5967 dated June 20, 1956.
