Hassa bint Hussein is still at her post located in the cemetery belonging to the Israelite community, and our lack of request to pay her salaries ⟦line⟧
throughout this period was due to her retraction through ⟦illegible⟧ the court's instigation in the lawsuit filed by this Secretariat against one
of the persons who trespassed on the sanctity of the cemetery by staying there for two years, which led to damaging the interests of the General Secretariat
and its loss of the lawsuit after it spent ⟦illegible⟧ on the aforementioned lawsuit an amount of approximately / 60 Dinars, while she was
the reason for filing the aforementioned lawsuit due to her successive requests to us to evict the aforementioned person from the cemetery, showing us her readiness along with her husband
and her husband to testify before the court, and the result was her denial, along with her husband and relatives, of what she had pledged to us, which led to the failure to prove
the charge against the trespasser. She deserves the salary from December / 954, and it is not for us to express an opinion on paying her salaries and keeping her
in her place after what transpired from her. Peace be upon you.
