Professor Abdullah, please note the following and make the necessary arrangements
1) Final exams for the fourth grades, scientific and commercial branches
a- Exams begin on Sunday, 24/5/1964 and end on 31/5/1964. Since
the number of subjects for the fourth scientific grade is 9, and this exceeds the number of days, I suggest bringing forward the geometry exam
and any other lesson before the final exam. This is better than delaying it because the week preceding the exam
contains three holidays: Sunday and Monday (17, 18/5/64), the Feast of the Revelation of the Torah, as well as Thursday
21/5/1964, the Ashura holiday. There are two days left. The week after the final exams will be spent completing
the G.C.E., which falls on Thursday 5/6/1964, and completing the algebra curriculum.
(b) The rooms of the commercial branch shall be examination centers due to their distance from the school and the possibility of distributing them
into two committees.
2) The final exam for the French intermediate and primary classes according to the following:
It begins Sunday 14/6/1964 and ends Monday 22/6/1964
a- Kindergarten students receive their results on Thursday 18/6/1964
b- The preliminary exam is held a week earlier, i.e., it starts Sunday 7/6/64 and ends Thursday 11/6/64.

Since mid-year exams have been scheduled to begin on 1/10/1964, and these classes will begin on Sunday
2/2/1964 and for a period of eight school days.
1- Examination halls
2- Regarding the second intermediate grade, they have 13 subjects and two full days will be allocated for French and
English. I suggest offering one lesson before the exam.
3- Regarding the fifth preparatory grade, as the number of their subjects is eight, equal to the number of exam days, I suggest continuing
their exams a day earlier because I do not believe there is a teacher capable of grading any of their subjects before the end of
the day itself.
4- Regarding kindergarten students, will they attend school during exam days? No.
5- Regarding interest subjects, they will be held before the exams as in previous years.
6- Regarding the second and fourth secondary grades, I suggest leaving that to the teacher for French and Mathematics.

There is no harm in acting according to the above suggestions. However, I see
it is better to conduct the second semester exams for the intermediate school

Final examination schedule for non-terminating classes
Academic year 1960 - 1961
1- Regarding the preparatory class, their exam will be before
the final exams for the remaining grades, and their
regular attendance will be with the kindergarten on
Monday 10 / 6 / 1961
2- Regarding the fifth primary grade, so that it may be
one shift daily instead of two shifts, especially since
the weather is hot, I suggest that the oral exam
for the religion lesson be before the final exam, i.e., on
Thursday 7 / 6 / 1961 <del>no problem</del> ⟦illegible⟧
3- Regarding the second intermediate grade, I suggest that
the French language exam be before the final exam
on Thursday 7 / 6 and Sunday 9 / 6 / 61
