Lease Agreement

The contract has been concluded between Yosef Shlomo Shamash, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor
And Hakim Sair, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee
On the following :-
First - That the Lessor has leased to the Lessee, and the latter has leased from the Lessor after viewing and inspection, the shop located
in Baghdad in the Madrassat Pasha quarter, numbered 50 for the town ⟦under⟧ complete only
from the beginning of 1 November 1950 one thousand nine hundred and fifty
to the end of 31 March 1951 one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one
for a rent amount of only eighty Iraqi Dinars
Second - That the Lessor has leased the shop belonging to him to the aforementioned Lessee for a rent amount of eighty Dinars
the first installment is twenty Dinars, the second installment according to a promissory note due in November
and a promissory note installment on 21 June and a promissory note installment in November
Third - The Lessee has the right of occupancy only in the leased property for the duration of the lease ⟦under⟧ complete only, and at the end of the duration
of the lease, the Lessee is obliged to vacate the leased property and hand it over to the Lessor free of occupants, and if he delays in doing so, he shall be
obliged to pay for the period of delay a daily rent of ⟦five hundred⟧ fils without the need for a formal notice.
Fourth - Property tax is on the Lessor or the owner of the house, while water, electricity, and security fees are on the Lessee and he
