Subject Summary: Rent value of the commercial shop numbered
152 B / 113 located in the ⟦Qanbar Ali⟧ district.
Administrative Decision
In view of the expiration of the lease period for the commercial shop numbered 152 B / 113 located in the Qanbar Ali district belonging to the Presidency
of the Community on 29 / 11 / 1952; this Presidency wrote to the tenants according to its letter numbered Z / 2848 / 52

the tenants did not agree to renew the contract except for four hundred and fifty Dinars annually (450/000 Dinars), i.e., with a reduction
of fifty Dinars from the last year's rent; this is in view of the stagnation of the commercial market.
Accordingly, we have decided the following =
Decision
We agree to reduce the annual rent of the commercial shop numbered 152 B / 113 to 450 Dinars (four hundred
and fifty Dinars) after it was 500 Dinars (five hundred Dinars) for the year beginning 29 / 11 / 1952.
