The aforementioned has endowed it as a valid legal endowment and an explicit detention, and stipulated that the disposal is in her hand as long as she is alive, and after her death, the mentioned house shall be leased year by year for a similar rental value to others, and the rent shall be paid to cover the needs for the reconstruction and restoration of the endowment, and the surplus of the growth shall be endowed for the matter of reciting the Torah and rewards in Baghdad from the mentioned quarter and the advancement of teaching and educating Torah students under the supervision of those from the mentioned quarter. The trusteeship and nomination shall be hers as long as she is alive, and after her death, the trusteeship returns to the head of the Jewish (Endowments) Committee residing in the city of Paris and the person acting as the deputy of the mentioned head residing in Baghdad. If the mentioned charitable school is lost, and the schools, the surplus from the yield of the mentioned endowment shall be given to the poor absolutely, and the trusteeship shall be to the Haham Bashi of the mentioned community in Paris, according to the endowment deed issued by the Sharia Court of Baghdad dated 20 Safar 717 and number 121, and certified by the Ministry of Justice in Baghdad on 21 May 934.
