After greetings,
We attach herewith a copy of the income and expenditure account for the Ezra Menahem Daniel Stadium for the year ending
on September 30, 1967, and we also attach a copy of the stadium's financial status on 9/30/67
of the stadium, which has been audited by the members of the <del>Committee</del> Stadium Committee.
Salaries and laborers' wages constitute the largest part of the stadium's expenses, reaching this year
242/654 Dinars, and 560/000 Dinars were paid as raw water fees for the past two years, as we had failed
to pay raw water fees for one year ⟦...⟧ we were asked for it ⟦...⟧
for the amount of 40/500 Dinars, the value of an electric lawnmower for cutting grass and the value of ten garden chairs with elders
for the administration.
Furthermore, the stadium is still in dire need of much furniture and other sports equipment
necessary for its maintenance and for tennis facilities. We have previously accounted for this aspect in our estimated budget as
we allocated the necessary amounts, noting that they were not all spent, and we must note this reserve if
the current [budget] and will only be spent if necessary, and it is worth the committee's time to focus on this aspect
The Stadium Committee had borrowed during the year which ⟦...⟧ a loan in the amount of
1600 Dinars, and this was added to 802/770 Dinars, the balance at the beginning of the fiscal year, making the total
2402/770 Dinars.
The total expenses of the stadium for the above year reached 2276/054 Dinars, while the income
was 570/000 Dinars, so the deficit is 1706/054 Dinars. We request that it be charged to the endowment of the late Ezra
Menahem Daniel.
