I have delivered a memorandum to Mr. Abdullah Obadia, one of the members of the committee of
Ezra Menachem Daniel Stadium, in which I mentioned the financial estimates for the reports, consultations,
numerous efforts, actions, and various services that I provided before the official opening of the stadium.
I also recorded the amount of the monthly salary for the month of February, in which I spent most of the hours
of the day serving the stadium, as you will find detailed in the memorandum.
However, I found myself compelled to write this personal letter to you,
because Mr. Abdullah met with me today at noon at the college and told me that those financial
estimates are very high and suggested reducing them to half. In this case, I see no justification
for that, because I find myself right in those estimates that I presented in the memorandum, and if the

I have previously been asked to write a comprehensive report on how to
manage the Ezra Menahem Daniel playground, while specifying the types of sports activities and games
suitable for different student ages, and the necessary tools and supplies
required for those activities at the present time, after holding several meetings at the playground itself, on one
hand. Then, after that, I provided numerous consultations, tasks, and services
repeatedly, whenever the need arose, until the playground reached its current form which
it was decided, thereafter, to officially open it to start training and practicing various
sports activities on the other hand.
I have approached some members regarding the value of the financial estimates for those
tasks and services, and they requested that I submit this in writing. In accordance with the wish of some
honorable committee members, I felt compelled to fulfill their request by submitting this application in writing
specifying the financial price in exchange for those efforts, tasks, and valuable services that I exerted
effectively and which some honorable members witnessed, and who were always
in contact with me throughout the period following my initial approach and the decision to work as
a coach in this playground, and from whom I felt great appreciation and admiration for this science and art
together for the valuable impact it leaves on mental, physical, moral, and spiritual education
alike.
Therefore, the honorable committee will find below the financial estimate for those efforts, services
and actual tasks according to their type.
