Ezra Menachem Daniel Stadium Baghdad Telephone: 85267 Baghdad on 21 / 4 / 1959 His Excellency the Director of the Baghdad District Water Supply Service, respected Greetings, On 15 / 4 / 959 we received a bill for the water consumed at the sports field - Ezra Menachem - subscription number 6371 located in Al-Sa'adoon No. 1 P 5 / 2 / 1 Sa'adoon from 4 / 9 / 958 to 8 / 3 / 959 and it amounted to 147.822 dinars, i.e., at a rate of approximately 25 dinars per single month. And since it is unreasonable and impossible to consume such a huge amount of water, it has become certain that an error occurred in reading the meter or there is a defect in it, as the water consumption from 3 / 7 / 957 to 13 / 8 / 958 (i.e., 13 months) did not exceed 71.932 dinars, i.e., at a rate of 6 dinars per month as is clear in the council's records with you. Also, the amount of water consumed from 5 / 7 / 958 to 4 / 9 / 1958 was 888 cubic meters, therefore the meter reading was wrong, 6236 instead of 3236 on the list. Accordingly, we would be pleased if you would kindly order an investigation into what is stated above, and after verification, instruct to provide us with a new meter and calculate the water consumption based on the average of the previous months. Since the (Sports Sessions) system, which was successfully implemented last year, has now become an integral part of the students' academic curriculum, we decided to delay the organization of this estimated budget until now, pending the necessary arrangements to give the students these regular physical education lessons and calculating the necessary amounts for this purpose in light of the required actual expenses so that we can estimate the budget on a basis close to reality. The stadium bears the costs of transporting male and female students to and from the stadium, and also bears the fees of the coaches who were selected for this purpose.
