Information and Clarifications Article Ten 1 - The taxpayer whose property benefits from the project is obligated to participate in the project and is notified of the necessity to change the location and form of storage tanks and foul water drains in his property in accordance with the technical instructions decided by the Council to ensure their suitability and benefit from the project within a period not exceeding (60) days from the date of notification of the warning, and it may be extended by a decision of the Council for factories. 2 - If the taxpayer refrains from implementing what is stated in paragraph (1), the Department shall carry out the work on his behalf and recover the expenses from him plus administrative expenses in accordance with Article Three of this law. 3 - The taxpayer may request the Department to carry out the work assigned to him in paragraph (1), provided that he pays the expenses in advance plus administrative expenses, and the method of executing the work and the amount of expenses and how they are collected shall be decided according to instructions issued by the Council. 4 - A - Institutions and persons who carry out the work of laying sanitary sewers for periods must obtai⟦n⟧ a license from the Department authorizing them the right to engage in these works according to the conditions decided by the Council, and this license shall be withdrawn upon the holder's violation of the instructions or misuse of it by a decision issued by the Council, and the annual license fee shall be five dinars. B - The municipality may not grant a building permit except after the Department's approval of the sewage plan for that property. C - If the Department performs any service inside the property other than what is mentioned in paragraphs (2 and 3), it may decide what fees must be collected for those services according to instructions issued by the Council. Text of paragraphs four, five, and six of Article 3 of Instructions No. 1: 4 - The cost of constructing house or building connections and the inspection chamber mentioned in the above paragraph shall be at the expense of the owners. 5 - Representatives of the Directorate have the right to enter any property or building established or under construction for the purpose of inspection and examination or monitoring of the established sewers or the construction works of the sewers, and the property owner is obligated to receive instructions from these representatives. 6 - Representatives of the Directorate have the right to issue instructions to property owners regarding the method of constructing sewers, and when property owners resist these instructions, the Director has the right to warn the property owner within a period of 7 days from the date of notification of the necessity of following the instructions; otherwise, the Directorate will construct these sewers and remove what violates these instructions and charge the property owner all necessary amounts for that. Text of Article 20 of Instructions No. (1): 20 - A) The property owner may not commence excavation work inside his property for the purpose of laying internal sewers except after a site inspection is conducted by the representative of the Directorate and a certificate is issued with his approval to commence excavation work. B - The property owner must contact the Directorate immediately upon completing the laying of the sewers and their accessories and before the backfilling process for the purpose of the Directorate's representative conducting an inspection and testing the sewer to ensure the quality of the work and the absence of leakage that may harm the property owner, and he must obtain a certificate confirming permission for the backfilling process. 20000/963/29214 Sh

Ezra Menachem Daniel Stadium Baghdad Telephone: 85267 Instructions Regarding Sports Regulations in the Stadium Everyone is requested to follow the following instructions and regulations: 1- Entry to the playing fields is not allowed except in sports attire (sports shoes and shorts). 2- Walking inside the stadium is not allowed while teams are playing. 3- A player is not allowed to play if they are late for the time allocated to their team. 4- A player may not object to the duration of play in basketball or the number of sets in volleyball. 5- No player may insult any player inside the stadium or object to their way of playing; every player is responsible for themselves, and the coach is the sole guide on the field. 6- It is not permitted to utter unacceptable words in the stadium, even in jest. 7- Every player whose playing time has ended must leave the field immediately. 8- Unacceptable cheering by spectators is not allowed. 9- It is not permitted to object to the coach in any way, but it is permissible to inquire about any problem that occurs in a polite manner after the games have finished. 10- The coach has the right to impose the following penalties against those who violate the previous regulations, instructions, and unsportsmanlike behavior: - First - Suspending the player from playing for a period of one day or more.
