Third - I request a review of the warning issued by the school administration to the aforementioned person (about a year and a half ago) in my letter
numbered 227/60 and dated 8/15/1960, a copy of which was sent to the Administrative Committee at that time, and you will find
how the aforementioned person began to neglect performing her duties ⟦...⟧ since that date.
Fourth - I also request a review of the notes of the Secretary of the Schools Committee ⟦...⟧ on the margin of the resignation of the aforementioned
dated 10/9/1961, as it appears that ⟦...⟧ there is ⟦...⟧ similar to the aforementioned in terms of misconduct
and departure from protocol towards the school administration upon her resignation.
Fifth - The current custom is that an employee is granted a bonus when their services are dispensed with for compelling reasons.
As for the case of an employee leaving the service of their own accord, as in the case of the resignation of the aforementioned person, the employee does not have
the right to demand a bonus. Nevertheless, I leave to the respected Administrative Committee the matter of granting the bonus
sought by the aforementioned person, after taking the formal procedures regarding the final termination of her relationship with the school
permanently.

Honorable Chairman of the Administrative Committee
Greetings,
1- The aforementioned ⟦Alice⟧ has refrained from performing her duties on various occasions, in addition to her lack of response to orders
issued by the school administration, which made her employment at the school useless, especially since her clerical and other duties
keep her in constant contact with the administration during school days and school holidays alike.
2- The job of the aforementioned primarily includes clerical work in addition to performing the tasks of the book store, selling them, and organizing
records for them. She is also supposed to work during school holidays, including the summer vacation, to perform clerical tasks
and other matters, just like any clerk in other schools. She receives a salary and allowances for this that are relatively higher
than those of senior teachers among her peers. Nevertheless, the aforementioned had previously stopped attending work to engage in other activities
without permission from the administration, and she repeated this recently for many days, specifically a few days before the school opening
when the need to complete her work was very urgent.
3- The last thing she did was give a final warning to the administration that she must be exempted from working during the upcoming summer vacation
and that an employment contract be concluded for her stating that immediately. She threatened that if she did not obtain this condition
and this contract immediately, she would leave work. Indeed, she submitted the attached resignation and refrained
from working and cooperating with the administration in running school affairs at the most critical time, which is the time of selling books
to students for study. She also refrained from providing the delivery inventory on time, as she imposed special conditions
for delivering books after working hours and at times she desired. In any case, she has stopped attending work
since 6/10/1961, despite the administration's advice to her to continue working until her matter is considered.
4- All of this caused confusion in distributing books to students quickly at a time when they were in dire need of them.
As a result, the school administration was forced to appoint a special committee to open the book store to distribute textbooks to students.
After the aforementioned saw that we were not able to obstruct school affairs as she wished, she came
with this petition addressed to the Honorable Chairman of the Administrative Committee.
5- In view of the above, the school administration has decided to accept the resignation of the aforementioned as of 5/10/1961, and to pay the rest of the
appropriate salaries to her on time. The books that the aforementioned claims the committee did not receive from her are in her custody from a previous date, and the school
administration considers its relationship with her terminated since the date of her resignation and her refusal to continue in her job. Please confirm the acceptance of
the resignation. Please accept our highest respect.
