To the Honorable School Relief Committee
Greetings and respect. With reference to your letter dated the 9th of this month, the Council did not decide the number of
representatives, i.e., two from each of your honorable committee and the School Oversight Committee, except by joining your opinion
since it rarely convenes with more than five of its members: therefore, we support our previous decision and request that
you agree to keep the mentioned article as amended and noted in our letter dated the 16th of this month.
The Council has approved the draft of the invitation letter submitted by you, and we have consulted the official authority
regarding the required permit, and there is no objection to you starting the work. With gratitude, and may you remain.

decision and we pray you to agree to the maintenance of the said
article as it was rectified in our letter of the 16th current.

In truth, your work is appreciated, and we thank you for your current stance and for being with you. The demands are progressing, and I hope that our participation in this work, which is beneficial

To the honorable and virtuous Nouri Fattah, respected
My Father
After greetings and respect. It is not hidden from you that I have taken it upon myself to publish the names of donors to the School Relief Committee
along with conducting the necessary propaganda for this committee so that I may assist your noble project.
Since some of the donors' names have not received the newspaper and they wish to see their names
engraved upon it to elevate their donation, it became necessary for me to send them a copy of it through your committee.
Meaning that the committee stamps it and the clerk carries out the distribution to the donors' locations to deliver it to them.
If the matter of placing the stamp is not possible, please order the clerk to distribute the magazines
only to the location.
Furthermore, there are some names I was unable to understand as your employee's handwriting is not legible, so please
order him to compare the donors' names against the names listed in the newspaper and send us the names
that have not yet been listed after writing them in clear handwriting.
Also, Mr. Sassoon honored me with his visit yesterday in my room and expressed his pleasure with my progress in the newspaper regarding the details
of your project, but it is hoped that reciprocity is praised. I hope you will forgive me for that with my pleasure, and thanks to you all.
Sincerely,
