Mr. Chairman of the Committee.
Most of the external walls of the Al-Haydariya school building are cracked and dangerous
and cannot be repaired while it is occupied; rather, the school must be evacuated until the
necessary renovations are carried out to remove the danger. The previously submitted estimate of
one hundred and fifteen dinars was only for renovating the internal walls and re-paving the
sunken sections in the school yard <del>only</del>. Therefore, the amount that must be allocated to remove
the danger is not less than three hundred and fifty dinars, in addition to the previously submitted estimate.
Please kindly take what you see fit in this regard, and please accept my highest respect.

After greetings:
I have conducted an inspection of the Rivka Menahem Daniel Dispensary according to your noble orders and observed
the guard's intention and his illogical purpose, as he wants to control the roof of the dispensary,
meaning he wants to lock the roof door and close it permanently to deprive the woman Rosa and her son from sleeping on
the roof, under the pretext that if he locks the roof door, everything will be secure.
If he wants to lock the roof door which is in the woman's room to ensure security,
then why does he want to buy a wooden ladder to open another exposed roof door, which costs 7 Dinars?
It is well known that the neighbors of the dispensary are good people and do not accept transgressions,
especially since the dispensary roof overlooks a house belonging to the respected Community and rented by Ali,
who is a man of good character, he and his family.

The Respected
The petitioner is Nasfi Mark, and I have a house for a woman named Rosa Umm
Hawan. On July 4, 1959, at one-thirty in the afternoon,
while I was in my house eating lunch, I saw the officer of the Al-Shorja
police station and ten undercover police officers
on the roof of the house of the aforementioned Rosa. They descended into her house without entering
through the house door, as they had a key to the house. They took a radio
and an aerial antenna from her house. When I witnessed this incident, I sent
my wife to ask the aforementioned Rosa, and she answered us that those who took
the aerial radio were [in] her house. The aforementioned individuals had entered the house of
the aforementioned Rosa without my knowledge or consent, and she resides with me contrary
to the law. Therefore, I have come pleading for the favor of settling the case by your committee,
and then preventing the aforementioned Rosa from allowing anyone from now on
to enter inside the house without my knowledge and consent, and to hand over
the keys to me, in order to prevent any incident from occurring inside my house
due to actions with undesirable consequences. With highest respect,
Sir, with the request to order the entry of the seized item
held therein, as I fear that the entry of Said Hassan Obeid
inside the cellar and taking the key with him (Nasfi Mark, the possessor),
so that I may protect my belongings so that the beauty of your guest house
the Directorate does not object to my belongings. May you remain
safe. I hope you will favor my presence
so that I may reach an understanding with you. May you remain safe. July 11, 1959.
I ask for your help in this regard by handing over to me
the keys, noting that there are other people sleeping with Rosa on
the roof of my house. I request that the aforementioned Rosa be notified not to do this
