The Lay Council of the Israelite Community in Baghdad Telephone Number 5452 Number: C /: 944 / 52 Date :: 27 / 8 / 1952 Subject Summary: Repairs and renovations at Masouda Salman School Administrative Order With reference to the contract concluded between the Presidency of the Lay Council and the architect Usta Alwan Mahmoud. 1 - Eighty Dinars shall be paid to the architect Usta Alwan Mahmoud on account of the commitment amount mentioned in the referred contract. 2 - The remaining amount due to him, totaling eighty Dinars, shall be paid upon completion of the repairs and renovations as stated in the contract and after ensuring compliance with the conditions. 3 - The disbursement shall be from the rental proceeds of Masouda Salman School for this fiscal year 52 - 53. The fourth condition - Upon completion of the repairs and renovations by the Second Party, the First Party - after ensuring that the renovations and repairs have been carried out according to the conditions - shall pay the Second Party the remaining amount due to them, which is eighty dinars. If deficiencies appear in the renovations and repairs, the Second Party must complete them within three days from the date of being notified thereof. In the event of their refusal or disregard, the First Party may carry them out at the expense of the Second Party, and the cost shall be deducted from the remaining amount due to the Second Party.
