13/7/1953 and by the Royal Iraqi Consulate General in London under number
376 and date 20/7/1953 sent to me attached to the letter dated 21/12/953
to perform all fees, actions, works, and tasks related to the aforementioned endowments, therefore
I saw it as a duty to request the following from your respected committee:
First - Not to receive any amount of the sums belonging to the aforementioned endowments, whether the amount is
accrued rent or from old debts.
Second - Handing over to us the bonds and documents related to the aforementioned endowments.
Third - Handing over to us all account books related to the aforementioned endowments along with receipts
for expenses, especially property taxes, originals and copies.
Fourth - Submitting a budget for the revenues of the aforementioned endowments for the period from 1/4/951 (which is the date
the community took delivery of them) until 31/12/1953 with a statement of the expenditure aspects
of those revenues and the remaining balance up to the date of this letter.
Fifth - I attach herewith for information purposes a list of the aforementioned endowments as stated in the power
of attorney referred to above.

Subject - Resignation from the committee of the Heskel Menachem Daniel Vocational School for Girls.
1- The committee of the Heskel Menachem Daniel Vocational School for Girls was formed according to an explicit article of the Endowment Deed.
The existence of the committee and its continuation in its work is a fundamental pillar of this endowment and its permanence.
2- We requested your esteemed committee, in our letter dated ⟦1951/5/25⟧, to approve the internal bylaws submitted by
our committee (the committee of Heskel Menachem Daniel School) to be a basis to follow in implementation of the endowment conditions.
Up to the writing of this letter, your committee has not approved the aforementioned bylaws and has not even expressed any opinion about them, which suggests
that your committee does not intend to give this matter any attention.
3- The method followed by your esteemed committee regarding the loan of tools borrowed by the playground from the
Heskel Menachem Daniel School was not according to the proper procedures observed in these cases between committees whose goal is the public interest.
4- Despite our repeated communications with you regarding the necessity of taking measures to ensure the continuation of the school in a manner that guarantees its permanence
as an institute or institution beneficial to the members of the community, your esteemed committee has not taken steps to ensure that. Consequently,
this institution has remained paralyzed, which will lead to the decay of the endowment and the hopes built by the endower.
Based on all the above, I find it difficult for me to continue working as a member of the mentioned school committee.
Therefore, please consider me resigned permanently.
