the community carrying out the renovations and repairs mentioned in our aforementioned letter. Therefore, please confirm to us that the community
has carried out those repairs and that the building is suitable for the purpose for which it will be occupied as soon as possible, and inform us
of the matter urgently so that a contract can be concluded with them according to the procedures.
