Subject: Repairs at the Rimah Khedhouri Hospital (Maternity Home)

With reference to the Ministry of Health letter No. 16477 dated 21 / 5 / 953 and the letter from the Directorate of the Maternity Home Hospital No.
31 dated 27 / 5 / 1953, and based on the survey submitted by the engineer Naim Shaoul attached to his letter dated
25 / 6 / 953 following his assignment by this Presidency, we have decided the following:
1- The contractor Alwan Mahmoud is entrusted with the work of installing a washing sink and opening a modern drain specifically
for it in the side room at the third entrance of the hospital, at a cost and labor fee of ten Dinars to be paid to him upon completion of the work
according to the required conditions.
2- The engineer Naim Shaoul is entrusted with the work of ⟦repaving⟧ the internal courtyard of the hospital
measuring 12 square meters after filling it, along with pouring concrete in the drinking water area and repaving the walkway between the courtyard and the hospital
with tiles, and repairing all waste storage units with their covers and opening the siphons of the toilets located on the upper floor
by cleaning them and carrying out the other matters mentioned in the said survey, at a cost (including labor wages and his own fees) of sixty
Dinars to be paid as follows:
A - Thirty Dinars in advance.
B - Thirty Dinars upon completion of the work according to the required conditions, and confirmation thereof by the management of the said hospital.

With reference to the letter of the Ministry of Health No. 16477 dated 21 / 5 / 1953 and the letter of the Directorate of the Maternity Home Hospital No.
310 dated 27 / 5 / 1953 and based on the inspection report submitted by the engineer Monsieur Shael al-Dabbagh in his letter dated
25 / 6 / 1953 based on his assignment by this presidency, we have decided the following:
1- Mr. Alwan Sabri is entrusted with the work of installing colored porcelain tiles with all the necessary supplies
for it in the room located on the third floor of the hospital, at a cost and labor wage of ten dinars, provided that the work is completed
according to the required conditions ⟦line⟧.
2- The engineer Monsieur Shael is entrusted with the special works of ⟦paving⟧ the courtyard of the external yard attached to the hospital
with an area of 162 square meters after digging it and pouring concrete in some sections and re-paving the passage between the yard and the hospital
with tiles and repairing all inspection manholes with their covers and opening the siphon drains for the toilets located on the upper floor
and cleaning them and carrying out the other matters mentioned in the said report, at a cost (including labor wages and ⟦materials⟧ fees) of sixty
dinars to be spent as follows:
A- Thirty dinars in advance.
B- Thirty dinars upon completion of the work according to the required conditions and confirmation thereof by the administration of the said hospital.
