You had occupied the building of the Adour Aboudi Shelter based on the agreement reached between us and you to evacuate it
of refugees and house them in the Laura Kadoorie School located in the Torah neighborhood on the condition that you undertake to pay
its rent for the entire duration of your occupancy of the aforementioned building.
Accordingly, we see that your letter referred to above is contrary to the agreement reached between us previously. We request either
payment of the rent according to the past year, or the evacuation of the Adour Aboudi Shelter so that we can have it occupied by
the refugees who were granted the right to occupy it as long as they are in Iraq and without rent, and we cannot in this
case agree to pay the aforementioned rent due to the lack of the necessary credit in the budget of the Directorate of
General Social Services, and the request's inconsistency with the agreement reached between us.

Reference to the communication ending with your letter No. 18518 dated 8/12/952
We have previously agreed with the Ministry of Education regarding its occupancy of the Edward Aboodi building, which was gifted to Palestinian
refugees for the right of residence without rent for the duration of their stay in Iraq, provided that the Ministry of Education
rents a building at its own expense. Thus, it rented for us the Laura Kadoorie School building for an annual rent of (1000)
one thousand Dinars.
Then the Ministry of Education informed us by its letter No. 43320 dated 10/12/952 that it purchased the building
of Edward Aboodi at the auction announced in the Baghdad Court of First Instance, and it was registered in the name of the mentioned Ministry and tasked us
with paying the rent if we wish to continue occupying the other building (Laura Kadoorie School).
Therefore, please kindly approve the payment of the rent to be calculated under Article 15 of Chapter
