1 - The toilets on the second floor are clogged and out of order, and I have learned that an attempt
to open and clean them was made without result.
2 - The sinks need repair and replacement, and their locations along with their pipes need to be moved in
the operating room and the delivery room.
3 - The electrical power in the institution is weak to the point that a (fuse) blows and the current is cut
whenever we try to use the only electric sterilization device we have,
and without it now, it is impossible to sterilize instruments or surgical tools, and consequently,
no surgery can be performed at all.
Therefore, please order the assignment of someone to carry out the necessary repairs for the three
noted observations as quickly as possible.
