Upon my contact with the hospital administration, its director reported
that the aforementioned nurse seems to desire

basically not benefit from his services, as he does not attend
the night shifts and he also sleeps during
surgeries, which affects the loss of psychological

All those who have visited the Israelite cemetery in Baghdad can appreciate the miserable state it has
reached. In fact, a person feels shame and regret when seeing it in such a state that is not worthy
of the sanctity of the dead (God's mercy be upon them) and does not suit the honor of the community or the urban development of the capital.
For this reason, we have resolved to address this prominent deficiency by striving to establish and organize the Israelite cemeteries in
the capital according to modern conditions in all respects. The Ministry of Interior has kindly authorized us to establish

15 - The committee studied the proposal of Dr. Albert Hakim regarding the inappropriateness of the current hospital location
to provide the services performed by the hospital in a way that ensures the comfort of patients and their families, given the city's expansion
towards the southern side and the population's distance from its current location, and since such a subject requires
thorough study from many aspects and requires a long time, it was decided to submit a proposal to the Lay Council to study the matter of
the possibility of exchanging the plot on which the hospital is built with another located in the southern side of the town, taking
into consideration that the plot on which the hospital is built at the present time is of great importance and that the rise
in its price is what encourages careful consideration of this proposal.
