a - Granting the Jewish individual the right to withdraw any amount from banks for living purposes, as well as granting the withdrawal of amounts
allocated by the Ministry of Interior itself, from the amounts resulting from expropriation,
removal of joint ownership, and from the courts.
b - Granting power of attorney and conducting transactions before notaries public.
c - Granting the sale of cars at the Traffic Police Department and the sale of immovable property, its mortgaging and pledging
at the Real Estate Registration Department regarding Jews retaining Iraqi citizenship and residing
inside Iraq.
d - Preventing the interference of the General Secretariat for Frozen Funds in the affairs of Jews retaining their Iraqi citizenship,
noting that the General Secretariat for Frozen Funds was ⟦established⟧ to manage the funds of Jews whose citizenship was revoked.
e - Lifting the control of the General Secretariat for Frozen Funds over the endowments and properties of the Jewish community which it seized
contrary to the law, which forced us to close the Frank Iny and Shamash schools.
f - Instructing the General Security Directorate to stop harassing Jewish citizens without legal justification.
