that it holds, on behalf of persons whose Iraqi citizenship has been revoked, shares in the company
above, and in recent years the company began to realize continuous losses such that they exceeded
its capital. Upon studying the subject, it was noted that in the event of a trend
towards liquidating the company, its assets will not be sufficient to pay the debts it owes
in addition to the expenses and fees spent on liquidation works, and due to the desire
of some shareholders to purchase the frozen shares to preserve their rights.
